You could add the following line to the HOSTS file (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts):

Code:

127.0.0.1      https://mail.google.com/mail/?

Or if your computers are all accessing the Internet through one computer, it may work if you add the line to the HOSTS file on that one computer (not sure on this one).

I would also like to direct you to this post: Blocking access to HTTPS sites. It is identical to the post here.
