Maybe I do not understand your advise. the point is that the pc starts up, but stops after POST, the moment from whereon Windows should start. I tried to boot from the CD drive, no result. All the 4 indicator lights on the back are green. I use during startup the F12 key to enter the boot menu. Selected the utilities partition that offers a test program. Results are seen above.
