the dump indicates the reboot was caused by a system file (rdbss.sys) you can use the sfc command (System File Checker tool ) to scan the system.

start -> run, and type: sfc /scanonce
then reboot and the scan will start.

note you may be asked for the windows install CD if you don't have it handy then don't use sfc.

as for the ram, have both sticks been in use for awhile?
what are the details for your pc? (brand/model--else mobo,video,psu models).
