Well, just to be sure try installing the latest DirectX Runtimes from Microsoft and get the latest nVIDIA driver from their page.

About the versions, it means you have Dx10 and that your video driver version is that other one. Those are two different version things.

Nevertheless, it appears to me as if either there's not enough power for the Video Card, or it's defective/overheating. If you're overclocking anything, try putting it all back on stock speeds.
