What you want is a very fiddly thing to do and is done by software, not by "tweaking" the printer. If it's a one off and you know the EXACT positioning of the fields then you can simply use the TAB or Space Bar to move the input to wherever you want. You don't say how you obtained the forms. Are they simply paper forms or have you downloaded them in one of the more popular formats (pdf, doc etc..)? Many of these types of forms can be downloaded and filled in using pre-positioned fields - perhaps yours are like that?

If they are paper then an option would be to scan the document and create a template for the form in Word or similar. You could then fill it in and print it out normally. A bit more detailed info would make things a lot easier to help you (perhaps with a link to the forms if they are online).
