AVG just detected a problem (invalid file structure) with NlsData0021.dll, which is a part of svchost. I'm assuming that's a bad thing, but what do I do to fix it?

This should really be an edit to the above post, but I can't: L4D still crashes, so it's still a video thing, but temperatures are at more reasonable levels. AVG did find a problem (invalid file structure) in the ATI\CIM\Config folder, though.
