have you tried to swap that terminal with another terminal which does not have the issue
if the problem follows the terminal then tere is an issue with the terminal's network card.
swap the terminka
if the problem stays in the same location with the working terminal then there is a cabling issue
might be half duplex?
or corrupted cable?
