Ciao,
I'm new in this forum.
I've a P4P800 and a Intel 2.4 GHz. I'm not very skilled

but I'd like to overclock my PC. The only one setting I've changed on my MB is the overclock to 20% (now I've a 2.9 GHz). The bios is the one when I bought it two years ago, have I to update it? Have you any advice to increase the performance of my PC?
