As far as I remember no creative software has the ability to remember the volume levels based on the actual output equipment used. Output equipment does not provide any identifiable information and therefore it would be impossible to have it remember the sound level per output. You probably corrected your sound for the speakers or headphones after using the other and because of this when you switch back you need to correct the volume again. You will have to manually correct the volume each time you switch between them.
