i got it
okay heres for other people
do not use AVAST( i had pro) its stupid i scaned and no viruses for months
and i thought like something s wrong no viruses
then i used AVG and it found 3 and cant remove very well
and then i downloaded Kaspersky 2010 30trial
and it found amazing 329 VIRUSES (including 4 malaware and stuff in it)
and now my problem is solved
and i tell you people pay Kaspersky 2010 and you are safe just like i am :)
