My Ethernet Controller has a question mark next to it in the device manager. I tried installing it from Hp.com. It didn't work. I found out you had to download ssm from hp. Even after that it still wasn't working.

I need help...

My Comp is a "HP Compaq d220 Microtower Desktop PC", and my os is Windows XP Pro service pack 3 for refurbished computers.
