The router should try to relog onto the ISP. You might also check to make sure the cable between the router and the modem are both ok.

Thanks for replying, but ive unplugged my router so many times, ive lost count.. same with my modem.
OH I should add that it connects for like 10-15 seconds, im able to browse, but then it stops.
