Delete temporary internet files (cache) cookies etc and try again. Also have you tried going to this site on another computer? If you can access it from another computer and you have deleted the cache then try editing the Hosts file.
Browse to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\ETC. Open the Hosts File with Notepad. Delete every line after this Example:
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

127.0.0.1 localhost
