I really need some help.

I deleted google desktop and since I have, I cannot get any of my desktop icons, start bar or anything but the wallpaper. I cannot right click on the desktop to check anything. I press control/alt/delete and only get the CPU usage box - I cant even get the taskmanager.

I have a dell computer and I have tried to do the repair from the CD rom boot it seemed to be working, but once it finished I was in the exact same position as I started.

Please help, because my puter is like my right hand I am totally lost without it, I am using my hubbys puter to do this post
