PX865PE won't boot

After installing a the latest Radeon ATI drivers for my X800 pro, I was experiencing freezing issues, which would force me to reboot. Oddly enough the system wouldn't boot after the first try. I tried a second, and it would resuming booting. I'd soon freeze and and reboot but would fail, and fail, and fail until It would once again, load perfect. Now, after the third freeze all things with to crap. It would no longer boot, and... well... it sucks. I dunno whats wrong, I ran tests on the memory, HDs, ect, but nothing seems to work. I have checked all IDE cords/slots with no luck. So... yeah, yeah... help.
