I was told that my computer had a backdoor Trojan virus. I ran Malwarebytes multiple times (and in all scans, it received infected objects). Some were indeed Trojan, others Rogue. I also ran Spybot S&D, and I received "Win32.TDSS.reg" virus that I cannot get rid of!

I also received ".TDSS" infections in Malwarebytes as well.
The programs I have are Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D, and SUPERAntispyware.
Additionally, I just got rid of the bad XP Deluxe Protector program, but I'm not sure if EVERYTHING is deleted from it...I just found out that I suddenly have a Windows Security Center program, but I also heard that there was a virus that mimics it...

Please help! My computer has slowed down and freezes at random times...
