A few things...
From all corners our Front Page has not gone over too well.
We are right now working on a new one that will include some of your input and much more.
Including larger example slide-show & a very short what we do video, etc.

Flash really looked like the best option given what we wanted the Design Utility to be. We are asking Flash to do a lot when saving the Design Utility images, etc. for production so there will be glich now & then depending on what else is going on at the same time on the user's machine.

Knives that are restricted show they are so on the Product Info page & checkout is not possible unless that item can ship to that state.

There is a legal statement in Terms of Use page.

What did the two of you (and anybody else out there) have as a user experience using the Design Wizard?

When the front pages are in place I will bump this post & ask for you to have another look.
