I have also formated using DOS command and I have also tried to install with new HDD but problem is remain the same. I am installing Win Xp-32bit SP2.

processor AMD Athlon 64 bit 3000+ (Socket-754)
Chipset --VIA® K8M800 Chipset
RAM--DDR266
Audio--VIA VT1617A
LAN--VIA® VT6103L
