Hi - Our tools don't work on 64bit OS, and many of us don't support them. I don't, as I don't run it, and can't effectively troubleshoot. Most infections can't take hold on a 64bit OS, running the resident protection in safe mode is generally enough.
i suggest you clear your ie thats ie,tools,internet options and delete the history,cookies etc to hope this helps
