Problem with Desktop Computer

Hi All,
My Desktop Computer's configuration is (AMD Athlon- 64 bit, MSI-M/b, RAM-512MB, Windows Xp).
when I turned on it after few second it shown that "windows can not boot some files are missing". I repaired it with bootable win Xp CD. after this It automatic restarting in loop.
I have formated the whole HD and reinstall a fresh copy of windows Xp successfully.when I format the HD and reinstall a fresh copy of windows Xp It runs successfully once. But it again displaying
1. files are missing (shows different file name at different time).
2. Again i repaired the Win Xp but it restarting in loop.
when I press the power button the followings happens:
1. displaying BIOS
2. appearing light blue screen for 2 minutes.
3. appear Windows Xp booting progress
4. Restart automatically

What I have done is given here under:
1. Formated the HD 5 times
2. Cleared the BIOS several times
3. Changed the RAM

But the problem is remains the same each time.
can anybody please help me what is the problem? is this problem with mother board? But sometimes it runs successfully after installation of a fresh copy of Win Xp.
