Need to buy new ram: HELP

I'm in the market for some much needed ram, but I don't know what's compatible. I would like 2gb.

My board: Intel D102GGC2 Motherboard

After doing a scan on the crucial site, this is what it had to say about my computer:

And it says that I can only take DDR2 memory with support for DDR2 PC2-5300 speeds. But I heard getting faster ram is fine since it'll just downclock???

So, with the looming economy lingering in my mind, I found this cheaper, although faster than I can use, ram that I"d like to get, but I don't know if it'll work:

or would this slightly more expensive onework?
