hi for the ntfs i would try sfc /scnw http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/66...c-command.html
for the memory try downloading memtest86+ iso file and burn to a cd use imgburn then put in your drive and reboot and run for a min of 4 hours more would be better.
is the gpu needing a fresh application of thermal paste or possibly a new fan
