So many problems I don't even know what it is anymore
Building my own computer is starting to seem like a worse and worse idea. Problems are increasing almost exponentially.
First, specs:
~HD 4870X2
~Core i7 920
~3x2 gigs GSKILL DDR3 (1066 I -think-)
~MSI X58 Eclipse
~PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750W (Black, Quad, I forget the order)
~Vista Home Premium 64 bit
So here's the list of stuff wrong:
~BSOD - ntfs.sys
~BSOD - MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
~Pretty mucha any game that stresses the system will crash, did not resolve with a driver reinstallation
~Playing anything with Windows Media Player messed up the monitors colors/turned everything gray. This was fixed
~Sometimes playing a game won't cause it to crash, but the screen will go black. The system's still running/on, there's just no video input
~The GPU is running hotter than it used to - 78C at 70% fan
~Firefox likes to crash a lot, but that could be unrelated
Is tehre ANY chance this is just a centralized problem? None of this was an issue in the past; everything just sort of popped up.
