Hey guys,
I've had this frustrating issue for awhile now and after researching a bunch, I still can't figure it out.

I have port triggering set on my router which works fine on the rest of my computers at home but when it comes to my laptop, it just doesn't work.
When I check the status of the port triggering, it's identified and forwarded to this computer but there's something on THIS computer that doesn't allow outgoing connections.

I check canyouseeme.org for a bunch of ports and alot of them are blocked.
Any suggestions?
My Windows Firewall is disabled and so is Windows Defender...
