PSU Suggestions

Hello,

I am putting together this new system, I am wanting to make sure that I am running an Optimal PSU for the system. First of all here is the components I am going to be using(THIS IS A VERY TIGHT BUDGET PC!):

Athlon 64 X2 7750+ (2 x 2.7GHz - 3MB Cache)
ECS A780GMA
4GB DDR2 - PC6400 / 800MHz (Dual Channel Kit) High Speed / Standard Memory Capacity

The deal came with a BASIC Mid-Tower Case and 450W Power Supply included. Unfortunately they did not give any specific information on the case or the PSU.

Anyways I am planning to buy a Saphire Radeon 4870 1gb DDR5 video card and I want to make sure the PSU is up to par with the Card along with everything else.

Link the card I want to get:

PSU Budget: 75$ if it includes free shipping!!!

Some PSUs I have considered are here, I believe they were all 80+ certified:

700W with 1 12V Rail 54AMP

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817371016

550W with 3 12V Rails: 12V1 = 22AMP 12V2 = 22AMP 12V3 = 25AMP

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817182185

630W with 4 12V Rails: All 4 rails 20AMP

I am told that the AMPS are the more important part. However I am unsure witch is best: A single Rail or Multiple Rails.

The 630W has 80Amps all-together, the 550W has 69AMP and the 54AMP. Witch one of these would be the best choice?

Also another thing I am QUITE confused about is the PCIe 6 Pin connectors. All 3 of these PSUs have only 1 6Pin PCIe Connector and then they have 1 PCIe 6pin+2 connector. Most other PSUs I have looked at have only 1 PCIe 6 Pin connector and that is all. How would I be able to hook up the video card witch has 2 PCIe Pin connections if I only have 1 PCIe 6pin connector on the PSU?

Thanks a lot and I hope to get some good replies that can clear up some of my confusion. It has been a long time since I have even looked at new hardware, So its all a little new to me(I was never very knowledgeable to begin with).
