You can go to C:/Windows open this and look for a File called Minidump.
When windows detects an error the dump file is found here.
You could post the minidump file here, but i would check the forum rules first for posting files.
Alternative ly you can download the debugger from microsoft and try reading the dump file yourself.
Just do a google on Minidump file reading.
