I have a windows xp, and I need to know what prompts to go through on the disk in order to repair my Computer.

Unfortunately I recently received a virus (Win32: Patched - ck [trj]) thus disabling my computer to open programs and whatnot. I have tried to alleviate the problem, but unfortunately resorted to me using AVG, and placing all my pretty little .exe's I need into the virus vault.. Fatal error when rebooting...

So... I need to know where to go from the Win XP disk in order to repair... I have selected the second option, but now I have no idea what to do.

Any help/idead?
