My IP address on that keeps changing, and one of my friends told me that if that happens someone was trying to access my account... and it won't restore to factory basics. Thankfully, I have not put any credit info because I am on 1 month trial. Please help on how to change this. Thank you. I have also set up a passcode if that is to any help
