Wireless Network Not Detected!

Hello Friends,

Re: Windows cannot find any additional Networks

My Internet is working on Lan(ethernet) connection, no problem watsoever.

Now with Wireless, I can see wireless connection enabled, checked the drivers which is working properly, disabled and installed again works fine no problem.
Now, the moment I 'Connect' wireless connection, the network window pops up with message, Windows cannot find any additional Networks .
I am in proper channel and my other laptop are detecting wireless network except this one.

Note: I have used spybot, malware, quick heal antivirus, couple of registry cleaners but could not detect and resolve the problem.
I even have ccleaner and driver scanner but no result.

Laptop Details:
Philips
Model No: H12Y
Windows Vista Home Premium
32-bit operating system
Intel Core T5500 1.66GHz

Rgds,
