I wouldn't buy a converter. If your TV can support 1080p, great. Just set the display to 1080p in the menu on the 360 and your component cables will do the trick. The HDMI is only slightly better anyhow, but by adding a converter you're likely to negate any increase in quality you'd see anyhow. Just my opinion.
