Good Morning -

XP, IE7, Java 1.5.0.19

There are four customers in an office, three of which are having an issue.

When the three customers attempt to upload the same xml file to a website, they receive the following error:

Internet Explorer Error:
Unable to process. Application Error.
Java.lang.RuntimeException: Couldn't parse document during preparation stage.

The fourth user can do this without issue.

The following troubleshooting steps have been taken:
- Removed all versions of Java. Removed all reg keys and file folders.
- Reinstalled latest authorized version of Java, clean install.
- Removed Java plug-in from IE and replaced with known good version.

Any further ideas?

Is this a Java-IE conflict? An XML file conflict?

Anyone that can provide direction where to go on this is greatly appreciated.
