OS: Windows Vista x64 - SP2

How to move OS from old to new hdd?

Here's my current computer set-up:

Seagate Barracuda 250gig w/ Vista-64bit on one big partition
Samsung Spinpoint 1TB w/ nothing on one big partition

I would like to go to:

Samsung Spinpoint 1TB w/ Vista-64, Vista-32, and Ubuntu Studio
Seagate Barracuda storing music and other files

I have DVDs for each of the OS's.

Question:
1. My Vista-64bit is the "Systems Builder" version aka you can only install it on one computer at a time. How can I move this to the second hard drive? Or am I stuck on the original 250gig drive?

2. In what order should I do everything?

Thanks for the help, I'm still pretty new to this and am not quite sure how to start.
