Okay.. like 5 months ago we got Netgear. It worked out fine for a month.

My internet games were not disconnecting every second. Actually they never disconnected. They were fast... and good. But then something happend. I have no idea what happend.

Internet was good and fast still. But my games, like are really slow. I can't even log into them. Then when I can, it takes about 10 minutes to get in. Then when I get on it's massive lag. It's for all my internet online games. Then when I try to play, it's like my character is the only one lagging becuz I see, hear, and watch other ppl walk by me, talk, and other stuff. then I get disconnected a minute later. then I try to get back on, then after another minute or 2 I get disconnected again. After several more tries, i give up.

Like I play sims 2 and 3 and stuff fine but when it comes to online mmorpgs and online games, it just disconnects me like every minute.

So I did a line quality test at dslreports.com

there's one thing I notice. Hop 2 to Los Angeles. 17% loss. Everythin' else is 0 and all pass.

maybe I'm havin' packet loss or somethin' wrong with my ISP... I dunno.

Please help me.

My netgear is Wgr614
My comp is Vista inspiron 520S
