seems I get a 4890 for the same price as a GTX 260 216, which would be best out of those two?

or for the lower price band I can get a 4870 1GB for the same price as a GTS 250 1GB, which would be the best out of those two?

And would my PSU be enough to power either/both of the ATi cards above?
