Hello, I'm new and was looking for help.

I have a great aspire 5515 and it has been working great since I bought in Jan. About two days ago the speakers stopped working. I tried headphones, checked the device, and the driver. Apparently everything was working fine. then i tried a system restore and then a factory restore. Neither of them worked. If it helps any I think i can hear very very low sounds sometimes but its always for a short time so I'm never sure.
