Hi,

my computer performance had begun to slow down very quickly over the last few days. On running McAfee AntiVirus found five trojan viruses, 3 of which it removed, one it quarantined and one which it could not remove. Since then I have not been able to do anything more with the computer to fix the problem as when I turn it on it does not respond. This is still the case when I restart the computer from last known good configuration and in safe mode, or safe mode with networking.

I would be grateful for any assisstance.
