After Installing new PSU

Here is my problem:
My old PSU's fan broke, so I decided to buy a new PSU to replace the old one. I went to TigerDirect, and got this one: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...573&CatId=1483 Its an Ultra LSP650 650 Watt PSU.

I managed to install everything successfully, and everything seems to run fine. However, my Graphics Card, a 9600gt, seems to have a slightly higher idle/load temperature. Whereas before the idle temperature used to be 50-52c, the idle temperature has now raised to 57-59c. This has me worried a little bit because I wonder if it is the PSU causing the problem. As well, there seems to much more wires with this new PSU, I also wonder if it is because of all the wires cramming up the case, causing poor ventilation, therefore higher gpu temperatures. My CPU temperature seems to stay as it was before. Also, I read that the 9600gt is supposed to be relatively cool, idling at 40c, mine has always been in the 50s, should I be concerned?

Thanks in advanced
