You could be correct. about the over all power supply. I use to have a 160g hard drive and when I had that hard drive my computer worked properly with everything. It mainly happens when I play a game called World of Warcraft. Anyways... now I'm using a 1 terabyte hard drive; would it direct more of the power going to the graphics card? I'm not doubting you, however, it says on their site,"The Minimum Power Requirement (Watt) This is the minimum power supply wattage requirement for the graphics card to perform properly. 400W, 6-pin power connector." Here's the site; http://www.xfxforce.com/en-us/produc.../9800GT.aspx#2 it's down a little bit on the right hand side.

However.. I do understand 12v but I don't really know what 12v1A18 and all that means. It does say on the other page it needs a minimum of 12vA26 I need to figure out if mine has A26.

Thank you for reading this and help me.

I also like my stuff to last a long time... So if I ran that fan at 100% the whole time wouldn't it kill it a lot faster? I just don't like over clocking my stuff because I prefer to keep it for as long as I can. I was going to go to a local store and pick up a power supply but I might just buy this one on new egg.. I just hate mail and rebates lol. I'll wait until you comment again and then I'll probably buy it. Because I seriously had this computer right not, except the hard drive was a 160g seagate; now I'm using a 1 terabyte western digital. But I just started getting this stutter and it only seems to be in World of Warcraft and I know it's not my internet because I have like t1. World of warcraft use to work before though. at least it didn't seem like it had a problem.
