Okay so my case is an Antec 300 you can see here

I just purchased a Zalman CNPS9500 shown here

And as I was installing it I was not sure if i should have the heat blowing up out my 140mm fan or out the back through the 120mm fan. I am just curious what everyones opinion is on what would be most efficient before installing. Oh and I also purchased a new 120mm fan for the side of my case and I'm not sure if that should be an intake or an exhaust. Thank you for your time.
