XP Server Problems[MOVED]

I work for a small company and by default have become the computer guy. I have set up the network here and besides a few bugs here and there I've been able to keep it running for a few years. Yesterday the power went out and since than I haven't been able to get 2 of the 6 computers connected to the network. Yesterday everything was fine, today when I came in all the server info on the server computer was gone, file sharing was turned off as if by magic. I connected 4 of the computers with little trouble but the last two just won't go. I have XP Professional on the server and XP Home on all the other machines. I have turned off all the firewalls and the strange thing is when I try to setup up the network the windows firewall instantly comes back on. I turned it off by right clicking it and by going into services.msc and turning it off and disabling it on startup. On one machine I uninstalled windows firewall hoping that would help, but of course it didn't. Nothing works. The two computers I can't connect can ping the serverand all other machines in the network and they can ping those two machines back. I can see no machines when I try to map the network. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been working on this for most of the day with no success. Thanks for the help.
