Hi again

See if the attached helps. I've used Data Validation for the drop down, with values taken from a Named range.

Then there is a formula in the breakdown cell. Note that you have to show values like 1.14L as 1140 to allow the formula to work.

Hopefully that will give you an a good idea and a start.
