I'm having trouble getting my RAM to run at 1066Mhz, it will only run at 800Mhz because when I try at 1066Mhz the computer blue screens and restarts after Windows has loaded.

My specs are as follows;

OS:Windows XP 64-Bit
CPU: AMD II 940 3.0GHz
RAM: Corsair 4GB 1066Mhz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA790GP-DS4H
Hardrive: 160GB Sata 1.
Graphics Card: 9600gt
