I have been infected with Packed.Generic.238 and i cannot remove it. Strangely it tell me it is High, not Low like the homepage does.

Deleting it fails, and in safe mode it doesnt show. However, it is present in the "History" but deleting it from there isn't possible because not all functions are fully compatible with safe mode.

Please help, my Norton has been acting strange recently, it suddenly pops up support and tells me my system is compromised, when i try to repair it is says that "Advanced protection" is off. toggling it on/off does nothing. Also, Norton reports it is using 0% of my CPU, but taskmanager begs to differ, please help...
