Gmax and 3Dsmax creating vetexes
please note that i am fairly new and self taught.
after creating a simple object and converting it to a editable poly the vertex i create or 'add' as i call it don't seem to attach themselves to the simple object.
when i try to move the vertexes the objects boundaries grow as far as i move the vertex outwards. the only solution i have found is to create them through using a slice plane but even then i end up with more vertexes then i actually need. infact learning about deleting the spare vertexs created through the slice plane would also be great.
i find it hard to find good tutorials as nobody is willing to share there trade secrets.
