Question Stuttering computer and I think It's the video card.

Hello yall! I have a problem with my computer and I think it's because of the video card. I have a nvidia 9800 gt 512mb ddr3 graphics card. I'm not 100% sure it's my graphics card though. Just about 90% because my computer was working pretty swell before I put the card in.

My computer spec are

Operating Sys: Xp 32
Mobo: Gefprce7050m-m
PSU: 550 Watt seagate.
Ram: 2gb ddr2
cpu: AMD Phenom(tm) 8650 triple-core processor 2.29gh
Graphic card: nvidia 9800 gt 512mb ddr3

My computer seems fine other than that. It's just when I play games that seem to require a lot of everything and it stutters. Stutters every 5-15
minutes.

My temperatures for my cpu seem to be around 55-65 maybe 70c didn't have an accurate temperature and My gpu is 70-80c when I play demanding games. Normally it idles at 66c.

I Have up to date drivers for my graphics card.

whenever my card makes a loud noise or the fan speeds up that's when the game usually lags. Some not.

There's also a sound issue every 20 minutes maybe like a weird buurt sound. Just a random scrachy sound.

It seems to only do this when I use the graphics at a high rate. Not completely sure though..

Thank you for taking your time to read this.
