Grin Going to reformat if my computer keeps this up! HELP!!!

When I boot my computer, and after everything seems to be loaded, I receive multiple notices from symantec stating "your email was unable to be sent" (I have sent no email at this point) I close all of these notices one by one and they do go away but keep returning until I have cleared about a hundred of them. After that I seem to have no problem. When this first began happening I was getting multiple web pages popping up and a window stating I need to update one of my adobe products (somehow I was suspicious of that). I ran multiple spyware products and seem to a gotten rid of the web page pop ups and I no longer am asked to update the adobe program. But those annoying email messages are making me nuts. I am running XP Pro, with symantec antivirus. I have included the highjackthis log. I hope someone can help! I'd hate to have to reformat.
