I'm not exactly sure. The modem/router didn't come with a manual at all. Even the box it came in, left behind by the guy, just has garbage in it. But on the actual modem/router, it says, BEC Technologies. Wait, it has the model number beneath it.

Model: BEC 7402 GTM
