Hello, I've only just returned home from buying a new stick of RAM

Celenade 2GB DDR2-800

I placed it into my Motherboard and my PC failed to boot.

ALiveSATA2-GLAN

It should be compatable shouldn't it? I don't know why it's not working and taking it back the shop would be a hassle, considering i live many miles from my nearest pc shop

I should add, Currently I have 2x Vdata 512 DDR 667s, My Mobo should be able to take the 800
