Problem:
While using heavy graphics programs at a random time my computer will turn off, normally once a day. once I turn the computer back on I will have about 30% performance until the next day. I have figured this issue is a result of an overheating Video card so in order to find out where my problem lies I have installed two programs (SpeedFan and Sandra). speed fan ran my GPU at an avg. of 51C. but I noticed my system (motherboard) was running at 102-108C. This is then considered way to high, so to double check the temp and further investigate the issue ran analyses in Sandra and received the same info. so I started running benchmarks to see what has the worst rating and it turned out to be ram. At least this is what I think...
After running benchmarks on my ram this is the results I received..
SiSoftware Sandra

Question:
How can I improve my Bandwidth Efficiency (shown in the red arrows), as stated by Sandra I know how to change the timing of the ram but do not know the timing it should be at. Or if you see another problem please let me know.
P.S. I hope somebody is up to the challenge.
