These FPS problems started about a week ago when I got my new monitor (Acer X233H) When I play Final Fantasy XI, it'll run fine at about 29FPS, then out of no where it'll go to 3 or 4 FPS for about 30 seconds then revert back.

I did a clean reinstall of Vista to see if it would fix it, but it was a no go. I have an Apollo Radeon HD 4600 series card.

Help is much appreciated.
